Nyasha Productions is a South African digital marketing agency operating from nyashaproductions.co.za. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, email address, business name (optional), and the message you send us. When you visit any page we collect basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer. This data is processed by Cloudflare for hosting and security.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used to respond to your enquiry. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful. We do not sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, plus 12 months for follow-up. Technical data is kept according to Cloudflare's retention policy.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare for hosting and DNS. We use Web3Forms to deliver contact form submissions to our email. We may run advertising through Meta and Google. Each of these third parties has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. The first time you visit the site you will see a banner asking you to accept. You can clear cookies at any time using your browser settings.
Your rights
